Product Introduction
The storage hopper is a mainly transfer container in the production process, mainly used for centralized storage of powder and granular materials. The equipment is constructed entirely of carbon steel or stainless steel, featuring a rugged structure and excellent sealing performance. It can be equipped with vibration arch-breaking devices, pneumatic flow-aid systems, and discharge valves to achieve stable material storage, uniform discharge, and continuous feeding. It is an essential supporting component for automated production lines.
Working Principle
Material is fed into the hopper by conveying equipment for centralized storage. The material settles by gravity, and the hopper’s conical design provides automatic flow guidance. For materials prone to bridging, arching, or retention, the flow-aid vibration device continuously breaks up material bridges to ensure uniform and loose material flow. The discharge outlet is controlled by pneumatic butterfly valves or rotary valve to achieve metered, uniform, and continuous discharge, ensuring stable operation of downstream screening, mixing, and packaging equipment.
